Football Academy ParentJack has definitely applied the support you have given him to manage his emotions in a much more positive way. Jack is definitely in more control of how he responds to his emotions and he is responding and thinking differently. He is able to control his emotions more and more, and not react so quickly. Also how you interact with Jack and keep him engaged and wanting to do each session.
Parent FeedbackPhil saw a positive improvement in his performances very quickly after his first session with Kelly. She provided the right support at the right times to first build on his confidence, and then move to goal setting and performance optimization techniques. Phil has adopted goal setting and visualization techniques. He’s also got a good tool kit of techniques to use when his confidence is challenged. Overall Kelly has helped Phil be more resilient and improved his mindset and mental approach to football (and other aspects of life). Many thanks.
SarahSessions were online videos calls and focused on providing me with the tools necessary to overcome my performance anxiety. I was provided with a set of tools, including CBT charts for cognitive reframing, journaling in order to document thoughts, guidance to recognise cognitive distortions and a relaxation technique (PMR). With these tools I was able to increase my level of performance alongside making my attitude towards my performance more neutral.
